Seng Choon is the founder and Managing Director of Resolve Group. He is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, UK with 30 years of professional and commercial experience in multi-disciplines, including internal audit & internal control reviews, risk management, corporate governance, performance & business management, initial public offering (IPO) engagements, taxation, due diligence and corporate finance. A pioneer in undertaking internal control reviews on companies seeking IPO on Bursa Malaysia and also on KLSE previously.
He is a Certified Internal Auditor and Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He was also on the Research & Technical Advisory Committee of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Malaysia for 3 consecutive terms.
He also served as an adviser in the office of a public-listed conglomerate and held executive and non-executive director roles in several public-listed companies.
Former Chief Operating Officer, Director, and Joint Owner of Audex Governance Sdn Bhd, where he provided advisory services to over 80 public companies. Audex was subsequently acquired by a company listed on the SGX, Singapore.

Melissa is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, UK with over 25 years of professional experience in multi discipline including internal audit, risk management, sustainability, corporate governance, performance & business management, IPOs, and due diligence. She is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors
Melissa has led over 60 internal control assessments for companies seeking Initial Public Offerings on Bursa Malaysia. Her strategic insights have supported investment banks and public companies in enhancing internal controls and risk management systems. She is also part of the working group that assisted companies going for Initial Public Offering on Bursa Malaysia.
Melissa has served a diverse portfolio of public-listed and multinational clients across industries such as healthcare, FMCG, aviation, property development, technology, and oil and gas, with engagements spanning Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other countries in the Asia-Pacific and Europe.
